Nothing on this page is a medical recommendation, prescription or treatment plan. It is an organized translation of protocols circulating in research communities and, where it exists, of what published trials tested. The two are marked differently — and they are not equivalent.

Most of the compounds here have no FDA approval for human use. Several are sold labeled "research use only", which means they have not gone through purity, sterility or dosage controls for human consumption. A community-reported dose is not a validated dose: it is what someone reported having done.

Talk to a licensed health professional before considering any of these compounds. If you already use one and feel anything unexpected, seek care — do not wait for the next routine test.

Compound-specific note: This page doesn't include a dose table, and that's deliberate. None of these new molecules have a package insert in Brazil, and a phase 3 trial dose is a protocol dose — with monitoring, a safety committee, and stopping criteria. It isn't a dosing regimen. The exception is liraglutide and dulaglutide, which have active registration and a public package insert. For those two, the source is the package insert, not this site.

Summary

A survey of the weight and appetite molecules that show up after semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide — the three this site already covers. There are thirteen: orforglipron, MariTide, amycretin, eloralintide, petrelintide, pemvidutide, VK2735, enicepatide, ecnoglutide, HRS-9531, and the three older ones that serve as a comparison anchor: liraglutide, dulaglutide, and pramlintide. The finding that organizes the page is the inversion between literature and registration. Liraglutide has 5,909 articles on PubMed and 112 phase 3 trials; petrelintide has 6 articles and no registered phase 3 trial. The extreme case is HRS-9531: 0 indexed articles with the code in quotes and 9 registered phase 3 trials, from a Chinese sponsor. Reading PubMed to find out what's being developed, here, is reading the wrong database.

Why these thirteen, and what they are not

This site was born from a secondary source on research peptides. The molecules on this page are a different thing: almost all of them are pharmaceutical development programs, with a named sponsor, public registration, and thousands of participants recruited. They're included here because they come up in the same conversation as retatrutide — and because the distance between the two categories is exactly what this site exists to measure.

Three of them aren't new and are here on purpose, as a ruler: liraglutide and dulaglutide, registered in Brazil for years, and pramlintide, the oldest amylin analog — the ruler for judging what cagrilintide, which this site already covers, is promising.

Two rows in the table aren't substance names, they're development codes: VK2735 and HRS-9531. I searched both by code because that's what exists. If they get an INN, the count shifts and this page ages — it's a declared limitation, not an oversight.

No figure on this page came from the site's secondary source. Everything was gathered straight from PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and the open data on registered medicines.

The numbers below were compiled by me on September 12, 2026, on PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov. Each row's query is written out in full, next to the number, so anyone can repeat it and contradict me — and so the script that rechecks this site's counts can run all of them.

The condition column is not a claim about mechanism: it's the Condition field copied from the phase 3 records that the search itself returned. When there is no phase 3 record, the cell says so.

What exists in phase 3, and who it belongs to

Article count measures academic attention, not outcome evidence. The table below separates what has a registered phase 3 trial — and shows the largest registration the search returned in each row, with the declared number of participants and the sponsor.

A registration is not a result. A recruiting phase 3 trial is declared intent with money behind it, and nothing more than that.

Where the numbers don't add up

  • The literature doesn't keep pace with development. Liraglutide alone has 5,909 articles; the ten new molecules on this page, combined, have 222. The money has already moved; the literature hasn't yet.
  • HRS-9531 is the case that breaks the ruler. 0 articles on PubMed with the code in quotes, 33 registered studies, and 9 phase 3. Anyone who judges the molecule by article count would conclude it doesn't exist.
  • Amycretin is the opposite, and deserves the same distrust. 21 articles on PubMed, 1 study on ClinicalTrials.gov, and 0 phase 3 in the search for amycretin. A recent name, spelling still unstable across databases: the absence here measures indexing, not absence of a program.
  • In the amylins, registration is ahead of publication. Eloralintide has 8 articles and 5 phase 3 trials, one of them with 1,980 participants. That's more people recruited than articles written.
  • 9 of the 11 with a published INN have no active registration. The two that do are the older ones. None of the new molecules on this page are approved for use in Brazil, for any indication.

In Brazil

I searched every active ingredient in the open data on registered medicines, downloaded on September 12, 2026 — 43,508 rows. The table counts only records with Active status and lists the product names found.

The two rows that are development codes (VK2735 and HRS-9531) are left out of this table: without a published INN, there's no active ingredient to look up. Absence from the database does not mean the molecule is prohibited — it means no registered product exists, and that any vial sold here under that name is outside the registration system.
